Sprinkler head replacement, scheduled maintenance and compliance work — delivered by certified technicians across commercial and industrial sites.
Trade Support & Site Works
Site clean-ups, demo assist, materials handling, scheduled maintenance and general labour. The crew you call when you need it done properly.
Roof Restorations
Rebedding and pointing, repairs, repaints, full restorations and solar panel cleaning. Restoration work only — no new builds.

Why we're built different
Most companies do trade work OR social programs. ConVict Access does both, in the same system. Commercial contracts fund the training. The training builds the workforce. The workforce delivers the contracts. It's a loop — and it works because the people in it have more to prove than anyone else on site.

"I've been through addiction, jail, losing my kids, and years of chaos. What matters to me now is doing better, building something real, and helping others avoid ending up where I did."
I started ConVict Access because I'd already been around the trades for years and I knew what worked and what didn't. I also knew what it's like to have nowhere to land when you come out the other side of the worst stretch of your life.
The blokes I've worked alongside who came up the hard way are, without question, the most reliable people I've had on a site. They're not there for the vibes. They're there because they've got something to prove and a wage to bring home.
